Brady works under the health tech umbrella at Equinox Ventures, focusing on the Conductor product within Labflow, a platform currently in an intensive growth phase. He is responsible for scaling up the product’s infrastructure, implementing new features, and optimising the platform’s existing functionalities to accommodate its expanding user base. In his role, Brady also engages in direct client interactions to better understand user needs, emphasising the importance of aligning the product with client requirements. He believes that effective problem-solving in software requires active listening and hands-on feedback, ensuring Conductor delivers tangible value.

Before Equinox

Brady’s career spans multiple sectors, including utility tech, logistics, and fintech. His first job in software engineering had Brady contributing to developing an innovative platform that provided users with insights on electricity and gas consumption, using machine learning for predictive analytics. Moving into logistics, Brady played a significant role in helping a company expand internationally, including launching operations in Canada, and integrating with key partners. Brady’s path into software engineering was sparked by a desire for continuous challenge and the multiple opportunities the tech industry offers in solving complex, high-demand problems across various fields.

Outside Equinox

Outside of work, Brady is a keen runner and cyclist, regularly taking on long-distance rides and exploring gravel trails in the hills outside Perth. He keeps a steady training routine focused on endurance, finding it an ideal way to unwind. When he’s not out riding or running, Brady enjoys spending quality time with his wife, often taking walks or sharing a meal. An avid guitarist, Brady used to play in a band and still loves picking up his guitars to experiment with different styles, especially country and rockabilly.
